Payment Terms & Conditions

By submitting payment to the New Orleans Society of Dance (“NOSD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.

1. Payments & Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a transaction, you authorize NOSD
to charge the payment method provided for the amount listed, including any applicable taxes, fees, or donations.

NOSD does not store or have access to your full credit card or banking information. Stripe’s privacy and security policies apply.

2. Fees, Tuition, and Pricing

All prices, fees, tuition, registrations, memberships, and donations are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change at any time; however, changes will not affect payments already completed.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

All payments are non-refundable

This includes, but is not limited to:

Class fees

Workshop registrations

Event tickets

Membership dues

Donations

In the event that NOSD cancels a class, event, or program, a refund or credit may be issued at NOSD’s discretion.

Missed classes, late arrivals, or participant cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

4. Donations

Donations made to the New Orleans Society of Dance are voluntary and non-refundable.
NOSD is a nonprofit organization, and donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

5. Chargebacks & Disputed Payments

If you have a question or concern regarding a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a
chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

Unauthorized or excessive chargebacks may result in suspension of future registrations or services.

6. Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, is declined, or is reversed, NOSD reserves the right to:

Suspend access to classes, events, or memberships

Cancel registrations

Require updated payment information before services continue

7. Changes to Programs or Services

NOSD reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, venues, programming, or services as needed.
Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

NOSD is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred during participation in classes,
events, or activities, except where required by law.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms & Conditions.
